A Tale Of Two Pictures
I’m always astonished by the photos in the MLS. Beautiful million dollar homes with dark pictures, crooked pictures, and even blurry pictures! A few weeks ago I saw an exterior picture of a home taken from the inside of the agent’s car. You could see the dashboard and hood, and there was a reflection from the windshield. Bad real estate pictures are a HUGE pet peeve of mine.
Look, professional photos aren’t that expensive, and they make a huge difference! They make so much of a difference that I include professional photos with every listing at every price point. Pictures make a difference.
Since it would be unethical for me to use other agent’s photos (although I assure you that you can find plenty of bad listing photos on buzzfeed, or just by searching the MLS for a few minutes), I have an example from one of my recent listings.
